Attorney Donald H. Flanary III of Flanary Law Firm located in San Antonio, Texas, focuses his practice on criminal defense. Mr. Flanary represents a diverse range of clients throughout the San Antonio region who have been charged with both felonies and misdemeanors. He has represented clients in both state and federal courts in matters involving drug conspiracies, internet crimes and white collar fraud.

Mr. Flanary holds bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and political science from Texas A&M University—Commerce and a master’s degree from St. Mary’s University. He earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

Mr. Flanary has been admitted to practice in Texas since 2004 and is also licensed to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Western districts of Texas. National courts he is admitted to appear before are the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

In addition to running his practice, Mr. Flanary has authored articles and given presentations on various criminal law topics. He serves as a faculty member of the Texas Criminal Trial College and has taught the advanced trial skills course offered through the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.

An active member of several professional legal organizations, Mr. Flanary sits on the board of directors for the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
