George L. LeGrand

An attorney at LeGrand & Bernstein, George LeGrand focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Mr. LeGrand’s client base is made up of people who have been harmed as a result of the negligence of other parties. The types of cases that he has worked on have arisen out of incidents involving defective automobile parts and other products, medical malpractice, premises liability, airplane accidents, animal attacks, dram shop liability, and truck and other motor vehicle crashes. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. LeGrand has been able to obtain millions of dollars in compensation for his plaintiff clients through jury awards as well as through settlements that he has negotiated with defendants and their liability insurance companies. A Texas native, Mr. LeGrand attended The University of Texas at Austin as an undergraduate, where he majored in education and received a Bachelor of Science with honors in 1975. He then went on to pursue his legal education at St. Mary's University School of Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1978. Mr. LeGrand is certified as a specialist in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
