Serving clients from her office at Clayton & Null Law Firm in San Antonio, Texas, Julia Null assists clients in complex family and real estate law matters. Extending her services to individuals and families across the Austin metropolitan area, she handles matters involving estate planning, probate, business law and commercial law, in addition to her family law practice. Ms. Null launched her real estate career at age 15 at a local law firm, eventually rising to become a title company branch manager overseeing the Austin and San Antonio markets. Her deep commitment to the industry earned her widespread recognition, including the prestigious Texas Land Title Association Professional Excellence Award in 2009. This background equips her with an insider’s precision to seamlessly handle property transfers, asset division, contract negotiations and title resolution across all her practice areas.

Bolstering her advocacy and trial skills at St. Mary's University School of Law, Ms. Null graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2014. While in law school, she was an active pro bono advocate, helping underprivileged clients access quality legal representation without the financial burden. She was awarded the San Antonio Bar Foundation’s Pro Bono Service Award and the Charles Cantu Spirit of Service Award for her continued efforts and her contributions to pro bono. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2015.
