Justin Fowlks

Justin Fowlks is the founding attorney of Fowlks Law Firm based in San Antonio, Texas. A relentless advocate for his clients, he runs a multifaceted litigation practice centered on high-stakes DWI defense, assault, drug cases and family violence, alongside a robust plaintiffs’ practice handling severe car and truck accidents, and general personal injury claims. Mr. Fowlks earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics with a minor in political science from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2015. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2018, where he was recognized on the dean’s list and served as an Executive Board Member for Phi Delta Phi. His legal perspective is uniquely global, shaped by his participation in the Institute on Chinese Law and Business in Beijing and the Institute on World Legal Problems in Innsbruck, Austria.

Following his admission to the State Bar of Texas in 2018, Mr. Fowlks’ rapid professional ascent was highlighted by his recognition to the 2022 Rising Stars list in San Antonio by Scene in S.A.
