Mr. Mack pursued his undergraduate studies at Baylor University, earning a bachelor's degree in political science before advancing to Saint Louis University School of Law, where he acquired his Juris Doctor. His academic foundation has significantly contributed to his legal acumen and success.

  • My firm represents 100 women in the Hair Relaxer mass tort litigation against several hair straightening manufacturers. Many hair relaxers contain carcinogenic ingredients – or, ingredients that cause cancer. Some of the most common of these carcinogenic chemicals are: Phthalates (plasticizers) Lye (sodium hydroxide) Guanidine carbonate Succinic acid Formaldehyde Placenta protein Many of these substances are hiding in the fragrances of hair relaxers. In 2022, the National Cancer Institute released groundbreaking research indicating that women exposed to these endocrine disruptors through chemical hair relaxers had a significantly higher risk of: Ovarian cancer Uterine cancer Endometrial cancer This case is in the early stages of litigation. https://www.333mack.com/hair-relaxer-lawsuit/, 2023
  • My firm represents 25 firefighters in the PFAS mass tort litigation. My firm is a part of a larger trial team working this particular case.  Perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are carcinogenic chemicals known to cause health complications in people exposed to them. Since 2005, victims of PFA exposure have filed more than 6,500 lawsuits in federal courts across the United States. Firefighters across the country were directly exposed to these chemicals when using firefighting foam to put out fires. As a result, firefighters are being diagnosed with testicular cancer, kidney cancer, ulcerative colitis and other forms of cancer at a much higher rate than the general population. The major defendant's in the case are 3M and Dupont. The case is currently in settlement negotiations, 2023
