A former aviator with the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Barkhurst served in the Judge Advocate General's Corps in the Air Force, working on military court-martial trials. He also represented the Air Force in civil litigation in a number of federal courts.
Today, Mr. Barkhurst is admitted to practice law in all Texas and Oklahoma state courts, all four districts of the U.S. district courts in Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
