Rebekah Meeks Schement

Rebekah Meeks Schement is a dedicated attorney at The Voeller Law Firm, located in San Antonio, Texas. Her practice is focused on probate, trusts and estate planning. Serving clients in San Antonio, Bexar County and neighboring counties, she is well-versed in these areas of law. Licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas, she is authorized to practice in all Texas courts, as well as the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Ms. Schement earned her Bachelor of Arts in organizational development from the University of the Incarnate Word. She then pursued her law degree at South Texas College of Law Houston. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2004 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2005.

After completing her education, Ms. Schement was thrilled to return to San Antonio to embark on her legal career, training under the mentorship of the late Kenneth P. Courtright. She co-owned a boutique law firm in the city from 2005 until 2019, after which she joined The Voeller Law Firm. Throughout her career, she has concentrated her practice on wills, trusts, probate, guardianship and estate planning. Mrs. Schement is a certified mediator and she regularly represents her clients in probate matters in courts throughout Texas in particular the courts of Bexar County, Guadalupe County and Comal County.

Ms. Schement provides guidance and counsel through the intricacies of estate planning and the probate process, particularly during the challenging times following the loss of a loved one. Her involvement extends beyond her practice; she is actively engaged in several community and professional organizations, including the San Antonio Bar Association, the Christian Chamber of San Antonio, the American Heritage Girls and the Special Olympics.
