Attorney Thomas G. Kemmy is the founder of Kemmy Law Firm, P.C., in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Kemmy focuses his practice on personal injury law, representing clients in San Antonio, Odessa, southern New Mexico, and the surrounding areas. He works with cases involving car accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, medical malpractice, oil field injuries, wrongful death, and other issues. In addition, he litigates disputes involving business law, breach of contract, and oil and gas disagreements.
Mr. Kemmy has over 30 years of experience litigating and settling complex cases involving catastrophic injuries. Prior to opening his practice, he worked for an insurance defense firm. This experience provided him with insight into the defense strategies used in personal injury matters, which he uses to his advantage when representing injury victims.

Mr. Kemmy earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and received his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law. He holds a license to practice law before all Texas state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
