David Hardaway

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Mr. Hardaway earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and received his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Over the course of his career, he has earned a reputation as a seasoned criminal defense attorney who aggressively advocates for his clients, consistently attaining favorable results.

In addition to running his law practice, Mr. Hardaway enjoys being involved in the criminal defense legal community and maintains membership in various related organizations.
