Bryan L. Abercrombie

Attorney Bryan L. Abercrombie is a founding partner of Abercrombie, Bailey, Johnson & Lyon PLLC which has offices in The Woodlands and Frisco, Texas, and four satellite offices in the state. He is Board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Abercrombie has more than 23 years of legal experience, and he represents the rights and interests of clients throughout Texas who have legal needs involving any of the following:

Before helping to establish his practice in 2019, Mr. Abercrombie led a successful career for more than 11 years with another prominent law firm in Fort Worth and Houston, where he was responsible for opening office locations across the United States. Although he has significant experience in a variety of legal areas, he earned his certification in family law in 2008, and he has maintained a primary focus on helping his clients achieve the favorable outcomes they expect and deserve for their serious and emotional domestic relations matters.

From his efforts, Mr. Abercrombie has achieved significant success as a family law attorney, earning numerous top rankings from his peers, including a Top Attorney in Family Law designation from Fort Worth, Texas Magazine. A graduate of the University of Texas System, Arlington, Mr. Abercrombie attended Texas A&M University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2000. While in law school, he served with the school's Moot Court Honors Program as well as corporate compliance manager for LaidLaw, Inc. The State Bar of Texas admitted him to practice in 2001.

Highly active in his legal community, Mr. Abercrombie is a member of the Tarrant, Dallas, Houston, Harris and Montgomery County Bar Associations and the Dallas Area and Houston Area Young Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the College of the State Bar of Texas, and he volunteers his time and services with the Texas A&M Mentor Program and the Dallas Bar Association’s Legal Aid to Military Personnel Program.

Mr. Abercrombie has also conducted numerous lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics, and he has appeared on several television and radio news outlets, where he has offered in-depth legal commentary on various subjects.
