Adam B. LeCrone

Adam B. LeCrone, Director at LeCrone Law Firm, P.C., serves clients throughout North Texas as a full-time mediator. Drawing upon more than three decades of legal experience and having tried over 300 jury trials, Adam uses his extensive courtroom background to help parties realistically assess risk, evaluate case value, and work toward successful resolution during mediation. His legal experience includes matters involving personal injury, insurance disputes, automobile liability, personal liability, and property-related claims.

Mr. LeCrone is a highly respected mediator with a success rate exceeding 90 percent across more than 6,000 cases. His practical understanding of how cases are evaluated, presented, and decided allows him to effectively guide parties through the mediation process and facilitate meaningful settlement discussions.

After completing his law degree at Baylor University, Adam became a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Oklahoma Bar Association. He belongs to the Dallas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Grayson County Bar Association, where he previously served as both vice president and president. He was also a member of the Grayson County Young Lawyers Association, where he formerly served as treasurer and vice president.

Mr. LeCrone is a member of ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates) with the rank of Advocate and has earned Martindale-Hubbell's AV Preeminent Rating, the organization's highest distinction for professional excellence and ethical standards. He has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer from 2008–2026 and was named a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals in 2026. Adam has also been selected by D Magazine as one of the Best Lawyers in Dallas from 2019–2026.

Before starting his own firm, he served as an Assistant District Attorney for Grayson County. He has also served on the boards of several community organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, Grayson County Rehabilitation Center, and True Options Pregnancy Care Center. His community involvement includes service with the Kiwanis Club of Sherman and the Boy Scouts of America. In addition, he has volunteered as a youth basketball and soccer coach.
