Drew T. Peters

Attorney Drew T. Peters is a founding partner at Peters Kussmaul Crosier PLLC with offices in Southlake and Plano, TX. Mr. Peters brings 15 years of courtroom experience to the PKC team and focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation. He serves a diverse range of clients in Fort Worth, Arlington, Colleyville, Grapevine, Southlake, Plano, and Dallas.

An established and respected trial attorney, Mr. Peters provides committed and dedicated representation to each client, understanding that each case is distinct. He is experienced with all aspects of the litigation process and consistently delivers high-quality service.

Drew began his career honing his litigation expertise as an Assistant County Attorney in South Texas, before moving to North Texas and joining a civil litigation boutique. There, Drew quickly became lead trial counsel and participated in countless depositions, mediations, and hearings.  Drew’s career next included a significant tenure at a North Dallas litigation defense firm, culminating in a partnership in 2017, where Drew managed a broad spectrum of civil litigation cases through all stages, often handling high-stakes litigation with millions of dollars in controversy. In 2020, Drew founded The Peters Firm, PLLC, focusing on aiding individuals and small businesses in business and commercial litigation.

Outside of the office, Mr. Peters stays active in his legal community and maintains strong relationships with his colleagues through membership in professional organizations. He belongs to the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Dallas Bar Association.  Drew also balances his demanding career by spending quality time with his wife and three children.  He also enjoys sports and coaching tee ball.

Mr. Peters graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in finance with a minor in business management. From there, he went on to earn his law degree from Baylor Law School. He holds a license to practice law before all Texas state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas.
