Olivia A. Sheppard

Olivia A. Sheppard is a senior associate attorney at Harris Cook, LLP, in Southlake, Texas. Serving clients in family law, she handles matters involving divorce, child custody and complex family law cases. With almost a decade of trial experience, she provides her clients with trusted advocacy and quality representation in high-stakes litigation. 

Graduating from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in political science, Ms. Sheppard joined the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) William H. Bowen School of Law to hone her legal knowledge. While in law school, she was recognized with the Bowen Scholar Award from UALR. She also served as president of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. Additionally, she externed for Justice Robin Wynne of the Arkansas Supreme Court, further deepening her understanding of the judiciary. 

After gaining her license to practice law in Arkansas in 2016, Ms. Sheppard counseled clients in business disputes, catastrophic personal injury cases and nursing home abuse litigation. After earning a license to practice in Texas in 2024, she moved her practice there. Furthermore, she is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. 

Ms. Sheppard is a part of the Texas Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association. She was identified on the “Fabulous 40 Under 40” list by Four States Living Magazine in 2019. She is also a member of the American Association for Justice, further demonstrating her commitment to fair justice and protecting her clients’ rights.
