Mr. Binney completed his law degree at South Texas College of Law Houston in 2000 and has been practicing law in Texas ever since. His legal credentials allow him to appear in the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of Texas, and his reach extends to both state and federal courts in various states such as Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, New York, Ohio and Oklahoma.
