Aaron Galvan is a fighter—by upbringing, by conviction, and by profession. As a personal injury attorney and founder of The Crash Team – The Galvan Law Firm, Aaron brings grit, precision, and relentless advocacy to the courtroom—tools sharpened not only by legal training but by a lifetime of navigating hard paths with purpose.

Born and raised in Starr County, Texas, Aaron faced hardship early on, learning to stand his ground, speak up, and protect those around him. But amid the struggle, he also experienced the strength of community and witnessed the quiet dignity of hard-working people. Raised in a home by a truck-driving father and a devoted stay-at-home mother, Aaron gained a deep respect for grit, resilience, and the blue-collar backbone of Texas. That fire—lit by experience and grounded in purpose—is what drew him to the law. He didn’t want to simply overcome – he wanted to fight for others still pushing through.

Determined to carve out a future through education and tenacity, Aaron attended The University of Texas–Pan American, where he served as Treasurer of the Pre-Law Society, earned a selection on the Dean’s List, and graduated with honors—cum laude—all while working full-time. There were no shortcuts, no safety nets—just focus, sacrifice, and an unwavering goal: law school. He set distractions aside, locked in on his vision, and delivered.

In law school, Aaron excelled at studying the law. He was a scholarship recipient, selected to the Dean’s List, and graduated with honors—cum laude. He was accepted into the renowned Criminal Law Clinic, where he gained real courtroom experience while still a law student. He also joined the mock trial team and battled his way to the national stage, proving that his instincts and voice belonged in the courtroom.

Aaron’s experience goes beyond academics. He and his father once owned an 18-wheeler trucking company—acquiring knowledge that gives him unique insight into 18-wheeler personal injury cases. He knows the law—and he knows the logistics, the industry, and the inside game. It’s that real-world expertise that gives him and his clients a formidable advantage.

In 2018, Aaron and his wife, Breanne Galvan, launched The Galvan Law Firm. Since then, Aaron has represented thousands of clients and secured multi-million dollars in verdicts and settlements. He takes on corporations and negligent actors head-on, using the law and his instincts to secure justice and meaningful results for his clients. In 2024, Aaron earned a spot on Top Verdict’s list for the Top 10 Personal Injury Settlements in Texas—landing the 7th highest settlement in the state. He was also recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 25 Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers and as one of the Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyers in Texas. Aaron is also an attorney member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, reflecting his commitment to excellence in handling complex trucking cases. He is a proud member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum—an honor reserved for the few who’ve won million- and multi-million-dollar cases.
