Partnership dispute spanning eleven related entities with accounting-intensive claims involving the tracing of funds across affiliated companies. $7.4 Million Arbitration Award confirmed by district court. Azhar Mamdani initiated the lawsuit by reviewing and investigating several thousand pages of accounting data, successfully defended TCPA motion, and continued to be an integral part of investigating parties and preparing the accounting intensive presentation for the 3-panel arbitration that lasted several days, resulting in a successful outcome for the client. , 2022
