A University of Houston graduate, Ms. Floridia earned her bachelor’s in 2008 and her master’s in 2011. She then decided to study law and joined South Texas College of Law Houston. During law school, she won several advocacy awards and the National Championship Title at the Peter J. Johnson National Civil Rights Trial Competition. She also served as a judicial intern at the Fourteenth Court of Appeals and clerked for the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Texas.

Well known among the legal community as an accomplished professional and a dedicated lawyer, Ms. Floridia maintains affiliations with many prominent legal associations. She is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association and the Houston Young Lawyers Association. 

Ms. Floridia is known for her zealous advocacy and vast legal acumen, supported by positive peer endorsements. She is also trained in mediation and received her certification from the Frank Evans Center for Conflict Resolution. Using alternate dispute resolution techniques, she strives to mitigate conflicts and help her clients reach an amicable resolution to maintain a healthy co-parenting relationship.
