Daniel Lazarine

Attorney Daniel Lazarine is the founder and owner of The Law Office of Daniel Lazarine, PLLC, in Sugar Land, Texas. Serving clients throughout Fort Bend County and all across the greater Houston metro area, Mr. Lazarine focuses his practice primarily on criminal defense. He has achieved notable success advocating on behalf of those who stand accused of DWI/DUI, assault, drug crimes, domestic violence, theft, and other felonies and misdemeanors.

Early in his legal career, Mr. Lazarine served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Galveston County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. Working as a prosecutor, he handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases across his region, from which he gained invaluable insight into the criminal justice system that he uses to devise the most effective defense strategies possible for the accused. In addition, while still in law school, he also completed an internship with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where he handled numerous post-conviction matters.

Since entering private practice and focusing on criminal defense, Mr. Lazarine has earned several awards from his peers for his exemplary professionalism and outstanding legal abilities, including a Lead Counsel designation and other accolades. A 2005 graduate of the University of Houston, Mr. Lazarine returned to his alma mater and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 2010. He is an active member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, the Fort Bend County Bar Association and the Fort Bend County Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, and the College of the State Bar of Texas, among his other professional affiliations.
