Kevin Bonner

A highly regarded civil litigation attorney at both the trial and appellate levels, Kevin Bonner is a shareholder of Baird, Crews, Schiller & Whitaker, P.C. He represents people and businesses throughout the state of Texas from his firm’s offices in Temple. Admitted to practice in Texas since 2009, Mr. Bonner is additionally admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, Western, and Southern Districts of Texas and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

Mr. Bonner has appeared on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of complex commercial matters. The types of cases that he has worked on have involved breaches of fiduciary duties, partnership disputes, shareholder derivative lawsuits, contract breaches, consumer rights, fraud, insurance coverage, and the misappropriation of intellectual property, among many others. Mr. Bonner has been able to produce positive results for his clients, whether through jury verdicts, appeals, or the negotiation of favorable settlement agreements, and his successful track record has earned him a great deal of favorable recognition from his fellow members of the bar. Among his many honors is an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.

Active in his profession, Mr. Bonner is a member of several legal organizations, including the litigation section of the State Bar of Texas, the Bell County Bar Association, the Texas Bar College, the Texas Bar Foundation and The Judge Abner V. McCall American Inn of Court. He is also an active participant in community groups. Mr. Bonner is a 2009 cum laude graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law.
