A highly regarded civil litigation attorney at both the trial and appellate levels, Kevin Bonner is a shareholder of Baird, Crews, Schiller & Whitaker, P.C. He represents people and businesses throughout the state of Texas from his firm’s offices in Temple. Admitted to practice in Texas since 2009, Mr. Bonner is additionally admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, Western, and Southern Districts of Texas and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
Mr. Bonner has appeared on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of complex commercial matters. The types of cases that he has worked on have involved breaches of fiduciary duties, partnership disputes, shareholder derivative lawsuits, contract breaches, consumer rights, fraud, insurance coverage, and the misappropriation of intellectual property, among many others.
