David Carter's practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation, primarily in federal court. He has served as lead attorney and local counsel for plaintiffs and defendants, including a number of Fortune 100 companies. He has successfully litigated anti-trust, intellectual property, class action, tobacco and False Clams Act cases. He also has extensive experience in catastrophic personal injury, product liability and unfair insurance practice cases. Courts in Texas and Arkansas have appointed him to try murder cases in which the death penalty was sought.
