Hector Sandoval

The founder of Sandoval Law Firm, PLLC, Hector L. Sandoval focuses his practice primarily on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, and his experience also encompasses injuries incurred by workers who are employed by companies that do not subscribe to the state's workers' compensation program. Located in the Houston, Texas area, he provides representation to people throughout the greater metropolitan area and other parts of the state. Admitted to practice before all Texas state courts, Mr. Sandoval is also admitted to practice before the U.S. district courts for the Southern and Eastern districts of Texas.

In his personal injury practice, Mr. Sandoval represents clients who have been harmed by the negligence of other parties. The cases that he has handled have arisen out of incidents involving truck and other motor vehicle crashes, premises liability, animal attacks, and defective and dangerous drugs and medical devices. Mr. Sandoval also has extensive experience in assisting railroad workers who have been injured on the job as well as the surviving family members if the injuries prove to be fatal. These types of cases are not governed by state negligence laws instead fall under the provisions of the Federal Employers Liability Act. In both of these areas, Mr. Sandoval has been able to obtain significant compensation for his clients.

Fluent in Spanish as well as in English, Mr. Sandoval attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in government and received a Bachelor of Arts in 2000. His legal education was obtained at South Texas College of Law Houston, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2003. His professional affiliations include the American Association of Justice and the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.
