J. Daniel Woodall

Mr. Woodall is a distinguished trial attorney and founder of The Woodall Law Firm, PLLC. With over 27 years of experience practicing law, he specializes in large loss insurance subrogation, insurance coverage and defense, commercial litigation, construction disputes, energy and renewables, transportation, personal injury, and wrongful death. In addition to his robust litigation practice, Dan also serves as special counsel to small and mid-size businesses across various industries, including construction, roofing, manufacturing, and distribution. He is dedicated to understanding his clients’ businesses and aiding them in achieving their goals.

​Mr. Woodall is a member of the Insurance, Litigation, Business, ADR, Computer and Technology, General Practice, Solo, and Small Firm Sections of the State Bar of Texas; the Houston Bar Association Civil Litigation and Construction Sections, Montgomery County Bar Association; and The Woodlands Bar Association. He is admitted to practice all state courts in the State of Texas and federal courts in the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
