Kenneth M. Morris

Kenneth M. Morris has more than 54 years of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil and appellate matters in state and federal courts. He has been Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated since 1979.

Ken earned his B.A. (With Distinction) from the University of Oklahoma --- where he served as student body president --- and his J.D. from the SMU Dedman School of Law, where he was selected as one of the five initial Sumners Scholars and elected to the Order of the Coif.

Ken is one of only 32 attorneys Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Civil Trial Law and Civil Appellate Law. (A distinction held by fewer than 1/2 of 1% of Texas attorneys.)
