Matthew J. Mussalli

A highly regarded civil trial attorney, Matthew J. Mussalli is the founder of The Mussalli Law Firm. Located in The Woodlands, Texas, and representing individual and business clients throughout the greater Houston metropolitan area, he has handled a variety of cases throughout his distinguished career. Mr. Mussalli's experience has encompassed ship construction disputes, plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death litigation, complex business litigation, and probate and estate administration matters. He also has an extensive background in the resolution of disputes through arbitration and mediation.

During his career, Mr. Mussalli has earned the respect of his fellow professionals for his successful track record and high degree of ethics. Admitted to practice before all Texas and New York state courts, he is admitted to practice before several federal courts as well, including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

The author of several published articles on topics related to his practice areas, Mr. Mussalli is frequently asked to deliver presentations to professional groups as well. His memberships include the Construction Law and Litigation sections of the State Bar of Texas. A 1992 recipient of a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from St. John's University, Mr. Mussalli pursued his legal education at St. John's University School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1995.
