Jennifer LeMaster

Jennifer LeMaster is the founder of LeMaster Law Firm in Tomball, Texas, where she provides experienced representation in a broad range of civil litigation matters. Her practice focuses on personal injury, insurance coverage disputes, commercial litigation and general litigation, with particular experience handling car accident lawsuits, wrongful death claims and insurance bad faith litigation.

Ms. LeMaster is recognized for her strategic and results-oriented approach to complex legal disputes. She works closely with individuals and businesses to evaluate claims, interpret insurance policies and pursue effective resolutions through negotiation or litigation. Her background in insurance coverage litigation allows her to address challenging policy interpretation issues and advocate for clients facing denied or underpaid claims.

In addition to representing clients, Ms. LeMaster handles litigation involving insurance carriers and coverage obligations. She is committed to providing practical guidance tailored to each client’s unique circumstances while remaining focused on protecting their legal and financial interests throughout the litigation process.

Ms. LeMaster earned her Bachelor of Science degree in political science, graduating magna cum laude, from the University of Houston in 1999. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center in 2003.

Admitted to practice in Texas in 2003, Ms. LeMaster is also admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. Active in both the legal and local communities, she serves as a board member of The Woodlands Bar Association and Pathways For Little Feet.
