John Greenslade

With a wealth of experience practicing law for more than a decade, John Greenslade leads the law firm Biggs & Greenslade, P.C., as its co-founder and managing shareholder. His firm functions with branches in Tyler, Henderson, Kaufman and Waco, in Texas, and he focuses on resolving matters on behalf of victims who were injured due to the negligent actions of other parties across East Texas. He proficiently handles a variety of litigation matters involving serious injury, trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, spinal and neck injuries, and brain damage.

Using the insights garnered from his decadelong experience defending insurance companies, Mr. Greenslade extends his support to his clients who are struggling to keep their balance in life after a catastrophic injury or wrongful death of a loved one. Proud to be running a firm that is not looking to just turn cases and add to the numbers, he makes sure to prioritize the needs of his clients and make his support known to them throughout the process.

At Texas Tech University, Mr. Greenslade received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in political science. Soon after, he completed his law degree from the Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas, in 2010. The same year, he was licensed to practice by the State Bar of Texas.

Mr. Greenslade is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and has represented complex cases in both state and federal courts. Successfully litigating several cases to obtain rightful verdicts as compensation for his clients, he has received a “Good” rating on Avvo. Dedicating his service to the benefit of society as well, he is involved in pro bono activities and actively engages in the initiatives of the Rose Capital East Little League.
