Karen R. Roberts

Karen R. Roberts is an attorney at Roberts & Roberts Law Firm, assisting the residents of Tyler, Longview, and Dallas, Texas, with their personal injury cases. She primarily handles cases involving wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, brain injuries, car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, oil field accidents, construction accidents and workers’ compensation. She is admitted to practice law before all Texas state trial courts and appellate courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the U.S. Supreme Court. 

Ms. Roberts is board-certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Additionally, she is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in personal injury trial law. Recognized for her shrewd legal acumen, she is a member of the Texas Bar College, an honorary society of lawyers selected by the Supreme Court of Texas.

After graduating cum laude from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications, Ms. Roberts earned her J.D. from The University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. While in law school, she served on the staff of the Utah Law Review. For her scholastic achievements, she was bestowed the American Jurisprudence Award for legal writing and research, and constitutional law.
