I have been practicing civil litigation in Central Texas for 35 years. While doing insurance defense in the 80's and 90's, I practiced with some of the best trial lawyers in the state. Since 1995, I have used those skills to represent parties on both sides of the docket with an emphasis on business litigation. I am Board Certified in both Personal Injury Trial Law and Consumer and Commercial Law. Since 2008, I have taught the Consumer Protection class as an Adjunct Professor at Baylor Law School. Until recently I wrote the annual Supplement to the Texas DTPA Forms and Practice Guide (James Publishing). I currently contribute the update on Consumer Protection in the General Practice Digest (State Bar of Texas General Practice Section) published three times per year. I maintain an active trial docket and continue to try cases to jury verdicts in Central Texas courtrooms.
