  • Confidential settlement reached in Wyoming for severely injured client. Client was a truck driver delivering a Heater/Treater unit to Natco in Wyoming. While unloading the load, an employee of defendant caused a 500 pound cylinder to roll off the trailer onto client, causing him numerious broken bones and a lifetime of pain, disfigurement and physical impairment.  Stone v.
