Thomas D. Weber

After completing his undergraduate studies in 2004 at The University of Utah, Mr. Weber went on to study abroad at the East China University of Political Science and Law. In 2006, he obtained his international law certificate in Chinese Foreign Investment, trade and labor law. With a fervent desire to pursue law, he attended the University of Wyoming College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2009. The same year he graduated from law school, he became licensed to practice law in Utah. For the benefit of his clients, he is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish and Tagalog.
