Douglas P. Farr

Douglas P. Farr, the founder & principal attorney of Keystone Law Group, located in Lehi, Utah, where he represents individuals, businesses and organizations in a broad range of legal matters. His practice focuses on business litigation, business and corporate law, real estate law and business transactions. Drawing on extensive experience in complex legal matters, he advises clients on dispute resolution, commercial issues and strategic business decisions while helping them navigate legal challenges at every stage of growth.

Throughout his career, Mr. Farr has been committed to providing practical legal counsel tailored to the unique needs of each client. He represents businesses in litigation involving commercial disputes and contractual matters while also assisting clients with corporate governance, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and other business-related legal issues. Mr. Farr earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University in 2006. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2010, establishing the foundation for a legal career centered on business law and litigation.

Admitted to practice in Utah since 2010, Mr. Farr is admitted before the Supreme Court of Utah; the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd, 6th and 10th Circuits; and the Supreme Court of the United States. Through his work, he continues to counsel clients on a wide variety of business and real estate matters, combining litigation experience with transactional insight to help individuals and companies address complex legal issues and pursue their long-term objectives.
