Devin Quackenbush

The founder of and the senior attorney at Quackenbush Legal PLLC, Devin Quackenbush focuses his practice primarily on family law matters. Born and raised in Utah, he represents clients throughout the greater Salt Lake City metropolitan area and other parts of the state. Mr. Quackenbush has been admitted to practice in Utah since 2013, and he is also admitted to practice in Alaska and Idaho and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.

In addition to family law, Mr. Quackenbush also possesses extensive experience in estate planning as well as business transactions and related litigation. However, his emphasis has been on divorce and its related legal matters of child custody and visitation, the division of complex marital assets and financial obligations, child support, and alimony. Mr. Quackenbush is a highly regarded trial attorney, and thus he can and does provide forceful courtroom advocacy on behalf of his family law clients when settlement negotiations have broken down and litigation proves to be necessary. However, his experience in meditation often allows him to help many of his clients reach an accord on some or all of these issues through the use of that alternative dispute resolution method.

Mr. Quackenbush majored in Portuguese language and literature at Brigham Young University, and he became fluent in that language to add to his proficiency in Spanish. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 2006, he enrolled at Creighton University School of Law, where he served on the Creighton Law Review before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2010. After graduation, Mr. Quackenbush relocated to Alaska, and he clerked for a judge and was with an Anchorage law firm before returning to Utah and opening up his own practice.
