At Rose Legal, PLLC, based in Pleasant Grove, Utah, attorney Tim Rose brings a rare combination of adjudicative experience and personal insight to his advocacy for injured workers. Basing his practice in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area, he caters to his clients’ needs in matters of workers’ compensation.
Before returning to practice, Mr. Rose served as an administrative law judge at the Utah Labor Commission, where his docket centered on workers’ compensation disputes; he also worked as a hearings examiner handling the driver’s license suspension proceedings. Those roles sharpened his facility with administrative procedure and cultivated an ability to identify the concrete steps necessary to secure lawful benefits.
Approaching each claim with the procedural knowledge of someone who has run hearings and written decisions, Mr. Rose has presided over contested matters and is adept at anticipating evidentiary challenges. He frames persuasive legal arguments, advancing positions that resonate with adjudicators and opposing counsel alike. That background also informs his preparation for hearings and appeals, where attention to record and rule-based advocacy often determines outcomes.
Mr. Rose’s advocacy is informed not only by professional experience but by lived experience. That perspective shapes how he communicates with clients, structures case timelines and advises on practical consequences beyond legal rulings. He emphasizes clear explanation of options, steady support through administrative and medical processes, and vigorous representation when disputes must be litigated.
Maintaining active engagement with the legal community to stay current with developments affecting injured workers, Mr. Rose is a member of the Utah Association for Justice (UAJ) and serves on its Legislative Committee, contributing to policy discussions and collaborating with lobbyists and public officials to advance access to justice. He also participates in the UAJ Workers’ Compensation Section. Additional affiliations include the Utah State Bar (member since 2016), Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary (2016-2017) and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
Completing his Juris Doctor at Brigham Young University in 2014, Mr. Rose holds an ongoing license in Utah. In 2025, he earned the legal AI fundamentals certification, reflecting his commitment to integrating modern tools into case strategy. Rated “Excellent” on Avvo, he maintains an online presence for public reference and counsel, and continues to apply a methodical, compassionate approach to securing the benefits that injured workers are entitled to under the law.
