Brent J Huff

Criminal defense attorney Brent J Huff is the founder and owner of Law Office of Brent J. Huff in Salt Lake City, Utah. A large part of his legal practice involves helping clients with complex criminal matters, such as domestic violence, DUI, sex offenses, drug violations, white collar crimes, juvenile crimes and traffic offenses in the entire Salt Lake City metro area.

With his reassuring presence and extensive legal knowledge, Mr. Huff helps his clients understand what is at stake in their current situation and offers guidance with a proper reasoning as to how to proceed. Immediately after acquiring the case information, he prepares a thoughtful strategy and reviews every detail to mount an unswerving defense against the prosecution.

Mr. Huff’s bachelor’s degree in philosophy is from The University of Utah. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from The University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. He interned at the Utah Court of Appeals and the Hill Air Force Base Legal Assistance office. He is the co-chair of the Utah State Bar’s Young Lawyers Division and a committee member of its Veterans Pro Bono Clinic. He also belongs to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
