Clint McAdams

As the supervising attorney at Siegfried & Jensen’s Orem office, Clint McAdams focuses his practice on representing individuals and families injured through no fault of their own. With more than 19 years of experience in personal injury law, he has handled a wide array of cases, including automobile and trucking accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, product liability claims, construction-related injuries and complex insurance disputes. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, he is known for his ability to navigate difficult cases that demand litigation to secure fair compensation, drawing on his deep understanding of both negotiation and courtroom strategy.

Mr. McAdams’ legal career began after earning his Bachelor of Arts in English, with a minor in Spanish, from Brigham Young University. He went on to graduate from The University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2005 and immediately clerked for a prominent judge in Utah’s Fourth Judicial District Court. This early experience provided him with valuable insight into judicial decision-making and trial preparation.

Earlier in his career, Mr. McAdams spent over a decade as a partner at a firm concentrating on insurance defense litigation. There, he gained extensive experience defending cases involving injuries, construction defects, asbestos claims and insurance coverage issues. His years on the defense side give him a unique advantage when advocating for injury victims today because he understands the tactics insurers use to minimize claims.
