A highly regarded civil litigation attorney, Michael F. Skolnick is a shareholder of Kipp and Christian, P.C., located in Salt Lake City, Utah. After graduating from law school, Mr. Skolnick joined the Office of the Utah Attorney General, where he spent three years as an Assistant Attorney General before joining Kipp and Christian, P.C., in July 1988. He became a shareholder of the firm in 1992. Mr. Skolnick is admitted to practice before all Utah state courts, and has been admitted pro hac vice in Idaho, Wyoming and Massachusetts.

Mr. Skolnick has had articles published in the Utah Bar Journal, including ones covering legal malpractice defense and insurance. He is a member of several legal organizations, including the American and Salt Lake County Bar Associations, American Inns of Court and Litigation Counsel of America. He is frequently asked to deliver presentations to professional groups on topics related to his practice areas.
