Timothy R. Pack

Timothy R. Pack is an experienced civil trial lawyer in Clyde Snow & Sessions, PC, in Salt Lake City, Utah, who represents businesses, government entities and individuals in complex disputes where the stakes are significant. He focuses his practice on civil and business litigation, including partnership conflicts, construction disputes, real estate litigation, contract disputes and water rights matters. Mr. Pack earned his Juris Doctor from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, where he served as a senior staff member of the Utah Law Review. He also holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Westminster College.

Mr. Pack is actively involved in the legal community and professional organizations throughout Utah. He serves on the Advisory Committee for the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Utah State Bar Litigation Section. He is also a board member of the Utah State Bar Young Lawyers Division and maintains active membership in both the Salt Lake County Bar Association and the Park City Bar Association. In addition to his professional affiliations, he serves on the board of the Humane Society of Utah, reflecting his commitment to community service.
