Curtis M Jensen

The president and one of the founding partners of Snow Jensen & Reece, P.C., Curtis M Jensen represents clients throughout the state of Utah and intermountain area. His practice areas include construction and real estate law, and business and commercial transactions. He is a certified mediator and a strong proponent of claim prevention in construction and business practices.  He has been named by Utah Business magazine as a Legal Elite attorney and also received the Super Lawyers designation. Curtis has enjoyed such distinction for consecutive years.  He is AV Preeminent peer-review rated,* the highest rating, through Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Jensen is admitted to practice in the state of Utah and has almost four decades of experience practicing law. In 1979, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree (Economics) from Brigham Young University. In1982, he graduated with his juris doctorate from University of Tulsa College of Law and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Utah and the United States Supreme Court.

An active participant in his community both professionally and personally, Mr. Jensen is a member of the Federal Bar Association and the Southern Utah Bar Association. He serves as a member of the Utah Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission, is a board of Trustee member of S.J. Quinney College of Law (University of Utah). He is past President of the Utah State Bar and a past Utah State Bar Commissioner and has served on several committees both statewide and locally. He currently serves as a Utah State Bar mentor and provides additional pro bono work for the Utah State Bar and his community.
