Curtis brings a unique, practical perspective to his practice, having grown up in a commercial construction environment. This firsthand experience provides him with a deep understanding of the construction industry—from project development and contract negotiation to risk management, defect claims, and dispute resolution. His practice spans the full lifecycle of construction and commercial projects, including drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on preventative and risk-mitigation strategies, and resolving complex disputes when they arise.
