D. James Mackall

Mr. Mackall practices in all areas of personal-injury law, including mass tort with an emphasis on sexual assault cases.  He also maintains a large workers'-compensation practice. Mr. Mackall has represented injured persons exclusively for the past 26 years.  Previously, he represented parties on both sides of the docket.  He has litigated hundreds of cases at the trial-court level, as well as hundreds of workers'-compensation cases at the administrative level.  Mr. Mackall also has practiced in Texas and Ohio in the past (though he currently is on inactive status in those states), and he also previously litigated securities-fraud cases throughout the country.
