- $2,000,000 Bus Accident Case
Our client was crossing a street in downtown D.C. when a bus ran over his foot. What began as a crushing foot injury turned into a complex medical battle when surgery led to serious complications. Thanks to Thomas Curcio’s advocacy, he recovered a $2 million settlement to support the client’s long-term care needs. - $500,000 Pedestrian Case
When a driver denied fault in a crash that injured a young girl, Curcio Law dug deeper. Thanks to Justin Curcio’s persistence in uncovering critical data from the car’s Event Data Recorder, he proved she was in the crosswalk and the driver was speeding. That turned a dispute into a $500K policy-limits settlement. - $300,000 Hair Salon Burn Accident Case
A 33-year-old woman suffered a chemical burn during a hair-lightening treatment that caused permanent scarring, baldness, and nerve pain. The remaining scar tissue increased her risk of skin cancer, requiring lifelong monitoring. Attorney Rakin Hamad resolved the case with a $300,000 settlement, providing compensation for our client’s pain, permanent injury, and ongoing medical care.
Community Spotlight
Curcio Law recently completed a month-long community initiative to champion bicycle safety across Northern Virginia, distributing over 250 free helmets to children and adults at events in Falls Church, Mount Vernon, Del Ray and Old Town Alexandria. “As personal injury attorneys, we’ve seen how life-changing a bike crash can be,” said Tom Curcio, founder of Curcio Law and a lifelong cyclist. “Something as simple as a helmet can make all the difference.
