Gretchyn G. Meinken

Gretchyn G. Meinken is a partner at Friedman, Grimes, Meinken & Leischner PLLC. Since joining the firm in 2015, she has focused her practice on assisting individuals and businesses throughout northern Virginia with a variety of legal matters, including:

Ms. Meinken earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from The University of Alabama in 2000. After spending four years as a financial analyst, she chose to further her education by attending law school in Virginia. She earned her law degree from the George Mason University School of Law in 2007, and the Virginia State Bar granted her admission later that year.

Ms. Meinken grew up as the child of a soldier, moving constantly. After law school, she decided to make Virginia her home. As a result, she pursued bar admissions in the jurisdictions near northern Virginia. The state of Maryland approved her to practice in its courtrooms in 2009, as did the U.S. Tax Court. Additionally, The District of Columbia Bar granted her admission in 2014.

Since beginning her career, Ms. Meinken has earned a reputation as a dedicated and knowledgeable legal professional. As a result of her excellent reputation, she has also earned a number of honors and awards. She has a "Superb" rating from Avvo, and Northern Virginia Magazine listed her among the region's top attorneys. In addition, Virginia Business magazine included her on its list of the state's Legal Elite.
