Lindsay McKasson

As a partner at Binnall Law Group in Alexandria, Virginia, Lindsay McKasson offers legal representation to clients in matters involving criminal defense and various other areas. Ms. McKasson is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th, 7th, 8th and 9th Circuits, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California.

With over a decade of experience, Ms. McKasson has established herself as a trusted advocate in the legal profession. Her comprehensive understanding of both state and federal criminal law allows her to craft tailored defense strategies that are effective in the courtroom and beyond.

Ms. McKasson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from Indiana University Bloomington in 2008. She later went on to attend the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2013. In that same year, she became licensed to practice law in California. Active within her legal community, she is a member of The District of Columbia Bar, the Virginia State Bar and The State Bar of California.
