Dennis M. Mersberger

Dennis M. Mersberger, a distinguished co-founder of Schmergel & Mersberger, PLC, in Arlington, Virginia, has carved out a notable career in the realm of criminal law. With a focus almost entirely on criminal trials and appeals in both state and federal courts, he has earned a reputation as a passionate and dedicated criminal defense attorney. His competence spans a wide array of areas, including assault and battery, domestic violence defense, protective orders, burglary, criminal conspiracy and driving while intoxicated, among many others.

For over two decades, Mr. Mersberger has been a formidable presence in the Northern Virginia legal landscape, representing clients in jurisdictions such as the City of Alexandria, Arlington County, Fairfax County and beyond. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Mr. Mersberger now calls Alexandria, Virginia, home.
