G. "Rex" Flynn, Jr.

The Flynn Law Firm, located in Arlington, Virginia, is where G. "Rex" Flynn Jr. counsels clients who are facing serious criminal charges. Focusing heavily on federal criminal and drug allegations, Mr. Flynn has extensive experience in a wide range of criminal defense matters. He accepts clients throughout northern Virginia.

After graduating from Hampton University with a degree in psychology, Mr. Flynn earned his Juris Doctor from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School. While in law school, he was heavily involved in numerous activities and groups, including the honor committee and his student body government. He also served as editor for the school’s Journal of Law, Economics and Policy. Today, Mr. Flynn is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia and the state of Maryland, as well as before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 3rd and 4th Circuits, the District of Columbia and the Armed Forces; and the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Columbia, Maryland and the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.

Mr. Flynn remains active in the legal community, with memberships in the American Bar Association, the Arlington County Bar Association, the Alexandria Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Fairfax Bar Association, the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Northern Virginia Black Attorneys Association, the Federal Bar Association, the D.C. Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Association, the Old Dominion Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National College for DUI Defense.
