The managing attorney and owner of Slayton Law, PLC, Mr. Marshall Slayton serves clients in Charlottesville, Culpeper and Waynesboro, Virginia. Admitted to practice in Virginia since 1994, Mr. Slayton is also qualified to appear before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
When he is not running his firm, Mr. Slayton gives back to the local community through his volunteer work. He was a volunteer at People and Congregations Engaged in Ministry (PACEM) and a board member of Haitian Health Foundation. He also served as a board member of the Charlottesville Board of Zoning Appeals and commissioner of the Charlottesville Planning Commission.
