Adriana Estevez

Adriana F. Estevez is the Managing Partner and Owner of The Estevez Group, PC, a law firm based in Fairfax, Virginia, dedicated to serving the Hispanic community and bridging gaps in communication for Spanish-speaking clients. Her practice focuses on immigration law, guardian ad litem work in family law matters, and guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.

With more than a decade of experience, Ms. Estevez has earned recognition as a trusted advocate for children, immigrant families, and vulnerable populations. She is particularly skilled in Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) cases for children who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected, as well as in complex family and guardianship matters. Her work also extends to juvenile custody/visitation, foster care, child protective orders, and family abuse protective orders hearings.

Known for her compassionate, client-centered approach, Ms. Estevez combines empathy with aggressive advocacy to protect her clients’ rights. She manages a team of staff who share her vision of compassion and kindness.

Ms. Estevez earned her Bachelor of Arts in international affairs and philosophy, with a minor in political science, from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. She obtained her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. While in law school, she was awarded the Equal Justice Works Segal AmeriCorps Education Award and completed both the Equal Justice America Legal Services Fellowship and the Hispanic Bar Association of D.C. Public Interest Fellowship.

A certified guardian ad litem and active community volunteer, Ms. Estevez has worked with organizations such as the Long Island Crisis Center and has provided extensive pro bono representation to underserved clients. She also connects with the public as a radio host on La Mega Radio, where she educates listeners on immigration law and their rights.

Her leadership and dedication have earned her honors such as Elite Lawyer and Rising Star (Super Lawyers), and membership in the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. She is an active member of the Virginia State Bar, the Fairfax Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She holds an “Excellent” rating on Avvo for her outstanding work in immigration law.

Ms. Estevez is licensed to practice in Virginia, enabling her to represent clients in Virginia state courts and handle immigration matters nationwide.
