Alex Gordon

Alex Gordon is a distinguished criminal defense attorney serving the communities of Fairfax, Leesburg and Manassas in Northern Virginia. As the founder and principal of The Gordon Law Firm P.C., he defends individuals charged with felonies, misdemeanors, traffic violations, DUI offenses and juvenile matters. With more than 28 years of trial experience, he has established a strong record of strategic advocacy.

Mr. Gordon began his legal career in Florida as an assistant county attorney, prosecuting complex cases. He then transitioned to defense work as a senior assistant public defender in Fairfax County, where he refined his trial skills and developed a comprehensive understanding of courtroom dynamics. Since establishing his own firm, he has represented over 7,000 clients, achieving dismissals, acquittals and favorable plea agreements throughout Northern Virginia.

A graduate of James Madison University, Mr. Gordon earned his Bachelor of Science in public administration and political science in 1991. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1994.
