Brian Glass is a Virginia personal injury lawyer and partner at BenGlassLaw, where he represents people seriously injured in car accidents, truck accidents, and other life-changing injuries.
Brian has spent his career helping people deal with the challenges that come after a serious injury. He enjoys taking on tough cases, figuring out complicated problems, and helping clients when an insurance company or another party is standing in the way of getting fair compensation.
Brian earned his undergraduate degree from James Madison University after attending Robinson Secondary School in Fairfax. He went on to earn his law degree from William & Mary Law School, where he was named a Benjamin Rush Scholar for excellence in Health Law & Policy.
One of the most significant cases of Brian’s career came in 2022, when a Fairfax County jury awarded more than $4 million to his client after she was seriously injured in a head-on collision with a drunk driver. The verdict included $1 million in punitive damages, making it one of the largest punitive awards ever awarded in a Virginia drunk-driving case.
Brian has been recognized by legal organizations for his work representing injured people. His professional recognition includes:

BenGlassLaw helps people who have been seriously injured in Virginia car crashes and people across the country who are fighting for the long-term disability benefits they’ve earned. The firm handles personal injury cases involving car and truck accidents, motorcycle crashes, pedestrian injuries, traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, and other serious injuries, as well as short-term disability, long-term disability and life insurance claims.
