Cynthia M. Radomsky

Attorney Cynthia M. Radomsky is a partner with the Powell Radomsky law firm in Fairfax, Virginia. Focusing primarily on family law, Ms. Radomsky serves the needs of a diverse range of clients throughout northern Virginia, including Fairfax, Arlington, Loudoun and Prince William counties, who have legal issues arising from their divorces.

Adhering to a client-centered approach, Ms. Radomsky strives to provide the highest level of personalized advocacy and support possible when representing her clients. She fosters an atmosphere of open communication in order to fully understand her clients' specific needs and goals so that she can help them make the best-informed decisions about their matters involving child custody and support, property division, alimony and other related issues.

Throughout the course of her history, she has earned a reputation for her preparedness and professionalism, which has become the hallmark of her practice. She has extensive experience handling complex property and business valuations, income imputations for unemployed spouses and civil protective orders. She has also successfully handled numerous appeals before the Court of Appeals of Virginia.

A 2001 graduate of the University of Minnesota, Ms. Radomsky obtained her Juris Doctor in 2005 from William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law). A recognized leader in her field, she served on the Virginia State Bar Continuing Legal Education Board from 2014 through 2017 as well as co-chair and vice chair of the Fairfax Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Committee. She has also conducted numerous seminars across her region on a variety of legal topics related to family law.

Ms. Radomsky is active in a number of other professional legal organizations, including the Virginia Women Attorneys Association and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and in 2014, Virginia Business magazine named her as one of the state's Legal Elite.
