    Debra Powers is a partner at Taylor Huguley Powers PLLC.  Since 1999, Debra has devoted her practice to family law in Fairfax, Virginia and surrounding jurisdictions.  She compassionately helps clients throughout northern Virginia navigate difficult domestic relations and family law issues, such as separation and divorce, property division and equitable distribution, spousal support, child support, and custody and parenting time or visitation issues. 

    Debra received a Bachelor of Arts and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. For several years before practicing family law, she worked at Michie, the legal publishing company in Charlottesville, Virginia, now a part of LexisNexis.

    Debra is an active member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Virginia Women Attorneys Association, the Fairfax Bar Association, and the Prince William County Bar Association.
